My name is Sofia. Ever since I was a child, I have known that I am meant to inspire and help other people. That drive has expressed itself in many ways over the years. I have worked in sales and leadership, have a bachelor's degree in organizational development and human resources management, and have run my own business for a few years. I am an author, publisher, inspirational speaker, coach, and energy healer. But above all, I am a person who lives to spread love in the world, in any way I can.
